Knitted back scrubber made of sisal. Knitting pattern for bath accessories. Do you want to have original back scrubber? Make it! We have pattern you can follow and create your own.
Knitting the back scrubber takes about 2-3 hours. We use less than 1 sisal ball.
Pattern:
Cast on 14 stitches + 2 edge stitch
Knit 4 rows.
We’ll make a handle:
5 row: 1 edge stitch, knit 2, cast off 8 stitches, knit 3, 1 edge stitch.
6 row: 1 edge stitch, knit 3, 8 yarn over, knit 3, 1 edge stitch.
7 row: 1 edge stitch, knit 3, 8 stitches knit into back of stitch, knit 3, 1 edge stitch.
Continue knitting to the desired length. This belt is 14 cm wide and 75 cm long.
At the end we make another handle. Proceed as you did at the beginning. We knit 4 more rows and cast off the whole project.
If we want to give the back scrubber as a gift, we can simply twist it, tie it with bast and decorate it with a sprig of dried lavender.
